TSS policies are created to respect the quality of service and time deserved by all clients and staff. We thank everyone for their considerate compliance with these policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of the scheduled service will be applied for ALL no-shows or any cancellations notified less than 48-hours to the scheduled service time

LATE "TARDINESS" POLICY
Please be aware if you are running more than 15 minutes late, you may lose a portion of service time, be required to adjust your treatment or to reschedule, including fees, in order to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients and staff

PLEASE REVIEW ALL FORMS AT LEAST 48-HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TO FOLLOW PROPER PRE-TREATMENT GUIDELINES & AVOID ANY CONTRAINDICATIONS

Access to your online forms will be sent the week of your appointment via our Online Portal. These forms are required by state law to perform a consenting & medically safe treatment
please complete all required forms before your appointment to avoid losing service time by filling them out once you arrive

Book Now scheduling is set at 15 minute intervals due to strict disinfection protocols and complete linen changes between each client
